This privacy policy describes information we collect, how it is used and collected, and with whom it is shared when you use and purchase from jeremylloydfragrance.com. This includes any related platforms such as websites, mobile apps or services (collectively ‘the site”). Throughout this privacy policy, we use the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” to refer to the entity Fragrances by Jeremy Lloyd and/or our property.
When visiting the site, we collect some information about you and your device automatically. This includes your browser, IP, time zone, and some of the cookies that you have installed. Additionally, as you use our site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, how you got to the site such as third-party links and search-terms, as well as how you interact with the site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Automatic Data”.
We collect data automatically using these tools:

This includes as follows: Name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (credit card information, PayPal information), e-mail address, and phone number. How is my Personal Information used?
Order Information that we collect is used almost exclusively to fulfill orders placed through the site (processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). This Order Information is also used for:
– Communication with the customer;
– Screening our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
– When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, providing you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information collected on the site to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (your IP address, in particular), and more generally to optimize our site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing your Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third party groups to use your Personal Information we collect in the ways described above. For example, we share your shipping address and name with our shipping company to get your purchases to you.
We may also share Personal Information in order to be in compliance with certain laws, rules, and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other request for information within the law, or to otherwise protect our rights.
We also share your Personal Information and Order Information, excluding payment information, with our email marketing provider, Klaviyo, in order to provide customers emails about the status of their order and to send newsletters to subscribers. As described above, we share your Personal Information with third parties. One of these uses is to provide targeted advertisements or marketing we believe may interest you. Data retention
When you place an order through the site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from whenever necessary in order to be as accurate as possible, in the event that for example, operation, legal, or regulatory reasons warrant a change in our practice.
California Privacy Rights
Residents of the State of California, under California Civil Code, may exercise the right, at any time, to request from companies actively conducting business in the State of California, a list of all third parties to which the company has shared Personal Information, during the year prior, for direct marketing purposes. Excluding the limited exceptions described above in this policy, we do not share your Personal Information with any third party entities for the purpose of direct marketing. If you are a California resident and should request information about how to exercise your third party disclosure rights, you must send a request to us for said information, and must specify how you would like our response to be sent (email or postal mail)
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information about children under the age of 13 and Fragrances by Jeremy Lloyd assumes the site is operated by adults. If you are under the age of 18 (but at least 13 years of age) you may use the site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to the Terms & Conditions posted on the site (the “Terms”) and to be bound by them. Children under the age of 13 may not use the site under any circumstances, and parents or legal guardians may not agree to the Terms on their behalf in any case. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) any of the Terms, please do not use the site.
