Shipping & Delivery
Fragrances by Jeremy Lloyd makes an effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped on business days (this excludes weekends and holidays). Orders placed before noon will typically ship the same day, and will otherwise be shipped the following business day. Most orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Orders that are placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. Delays may occur on occasion and Fragrances by Jeremy Lloyd will attempt to notify customers in advance if this is the case.Â
Please ensure your shipping address has been typed in correctly as Fragrances by Jeremy Lloyd is unable to redirect packages once they are en route.
Fragrances by Jeremy Lloyd currently offers free shipping on all products.
Fragrances by Jeremy Lloyd currently only ships within the United States.
There is no shipping overnight due to restrictions on our products.
Refunds & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can offer a refund providing the product is returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Fragrances by Jeremy Lloyd only issues refunds on items that have been unopened and unused, or if the product was damaged in transit. If your item is opened and/or used, we can offer an exchange for another item of the same or lesser value.
FRAGRANCES BY JEREMY LLOYD DOES NOT COVER SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS. THAT COST MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.
If requesting a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@jeremylloydfragrance.com or use our provided contact page to email us.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
   -The item was purchased directly on our website and can be traced back to the customer and order number
   -Products must be shipping back in their original condition (unopened and unused)
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the received products were not as ordered and/or they arrived in damaged conditions (i.e. shattered). We recommend using a traceable courier and keeping a record of tracking as we cannot be help responsible for any product(s) lost in transit.
If requesting a refund, the item must be in its original condition. We suggest returning the product in its original packaging in order to ensure safe transit.
We will attempt to handle returns as quickly as possible. Once a return is received, it may take up to 14 business days to process your return. Your refund will be issued to the payment method used in the original transaction. Please note that credit may take up to 10 days to appear depending on your bank. This time can vary greatly between card providers.

Tracking
One your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include a receipt, order number, and a link to our tracking page, which may also be accessed through our site.
Fragrances by Jeremy Lloyd ships with UPS, and your package is traceable from the “Track Your Order” page, simply by entering your order number, along with the email address or phone number associated with your order.
Please note: once your order has a status of DELIVERED, Fragrances by Jeremy Lloyd is no longer responsible for said order/package. Lost or unfound items are not the responsibility of Fragrances by Jeremy Lloyd and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the package is delivered to a safe and secure location.
International Orders
Currently, Fragrances by Jeremy Lloyd is only shipping domestically within the United States.
